CRUX is founded and staffed by people who have spent their careers inside ERP, MES, and supply chain planning environments. We combine technical expertise with deep industry knowledge, so every project is delivered with precision and care.
Managing Director
Leo sets the direction for the group. An industrial engineer with more than 25 years extracting value from supply chains, he has run the sales and operations planning function inside one of Australia’s largest integrated supply chains — terminal, shipping, rail and road. He advises at executive level, and founded CRUX to bring AI-assisted development to the gaps off-the-shelf software leaves behind.
Chief Technology Officer
Zephien owns the technical direction at CRUX. As General Manager Operations at One Forecast he works across forecasting, S&OP and IBP, and inventory and supply planning for clients across Australia and New Zealand, having come up through CCH Tagetik SCP and Quiver data science work. Leading planning software extended with custom development is the model CRUX is built on.
Chief Customer Officer
Steve sits closest to the customer, mapping commercial goals to the capability that will actually move them. With a background in senior account management across manufacturing and distribution, he has guided clients through system selection and rollout — and makes sure CRUX engagements start with the right problem rather than the nearest one.
Architect
Benjamin shapes how CRUX systems fit together. An industrial engineer by training, he works at the intersection of process modelling and software design — turning demand, inventory, and production constraints into the logic and data architecture that sits underneath our planning applications.
Senior Software Engineer
Ameeq builds and integrates the systems. A senior engineer with deep ERP and supply chain integration experience, he leads day-to-day AI-assisted development at CRUX — pairing rapid iteration with the review, testing, and engineering discipline that production systems demand.
